Welcome! Thanks for stopping by, my name is Heather Jenkins, I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach founder & owner of Calming Connection & Wellness, LLC Health Coaching and CalmConnectWell Self-Care Gifts. The hospitality industry was my first love, I worked in the corporate hotel world for 17 years. In San Diego, CA, Philadelphia and Washington DC. I have seen so many people struggle with the concept of self-care in both their personal and professional lives. I am very passionate and dedicated to help people live healthier and happier with less stress and make self-care a priority. 

The importance of using natural products and creating meaningful gifts to help reduce stress was created after I had to have two surgeries on my left hand in 2020. It forced me to slow down, focus on what is important and what I am truly passionate about.

This business is my heart and my amazing partner Jim, retired Air Force Veteran, one of the most creative and hard working people you will meet has been there since the beginning. The stories people share about why or who they are giving the gift to is my favorite part.
