Welcome, and thank you for being here. My name is Heather Jenkins, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and the founder of Calming Connection & Wellness, LLC and CalmConnectWell Self-Care Gifts.

Before stepping into health coaching and wellness entrepreneurship, the hospitality industry was my first love. I spent 17 years in the corporate hotel world, working in San Diego, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC. During that time, I witnessed firsthand how often people struggle to prioritize self-care both personally and professionally. That experience sparked a deep passion within me to help others reduce stress, reconnect with themselves, and create healthier, happier lives.

My journey into natural self-care and meaningful gifting became deeply personal after undergoing two surgeries on my left hand in 2020. That season of forced stillness taught me the power of slowing down, honoring what truly matters, and leaning into what I was most passionate about. From that experience, CalmConnectWell was born.

This business is truly my heart. I’m grateful to share it alongside my amazing partner, Jim, a retired Air Force Veteran whose creativity, dedication, and support have been part of CalmConnectWell since the very beginning.

One of my greatest joys is hearing the stories behind each gift who it’s for, why it matters, and the connection it represents. Every product is thoughtfully handmade with love, designed to bring calm, comfort, and intention into everyday life.
